I’m a 43 occasionally 42. I’ve never needed a 44 but the 43s I ordered were way too tight so I returned them and advise customers to size up. I bought a different style in a 43 instead.

I love the style and how comfortable they are!
Love the colours and fitting.
Only complaint I do have is that there are sections of sequins that are bent in half and don’t lie flat!
