We dispatch your order from our own UK warehouse, on working days (Monday - Friday). Order by 13:00 for same day dispatch on express services. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not working days; so for example if you order at 5pm on a Friday, your order won't be processed and dispatched until the following working day (usually Monday) at the earliest.

Estimated processing and delivery times are shown in checkout, and quoted in your order confirmation email to assist you.

EU

All EU orders include VAT and will be charged any applicable duty at checkout, so your order will be delivered to your door without any further duty & VAT costs to pay. Most orders sent to the EU that are under €150 will not be charged duty, so you may wish to split large value orders up into two or more smaller orders worth less than €150 to avoid duty charges.

You may be charged import tariffs by the US Govt to receive your order if your order is valued over USD$800. Orders under this amount currently are exempt from Tariff charges until the 2nd May. These tariffs are levied by the US Authorities directly to you, the consumer, and we regret we have no control over these charges. Dispatch or delivery of your order may occasionally be delayed due to the following...

Busy periods including sale & product launches; service outages such as extreme weather, strikes, customs delays.
If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will advise you via email and do our best to source a replacement where possible.
If we suspect fraud or foul play, we may place your order on hold and contact you for further details.
If you have ordered a made-to-order item with a lead time/specialist delivery service.

We cannot 100% guarantee delivery within the specified timeframe, as unfortunately, delays do sometimes happen, your courier will keep you up to date via email and SMS as to the progress of your delivery.

duty, tax, additional charges and import restrictions

Some international deliveries outside of the UK & EU may be subject to customs, legal and regulatory restrictions when sent from our UK warehouse. To comply with local legislation, you may be required to pay additional taxes, fees, levies, tariffs, or import duty on your purchase at delivery, especially so if your order total is over £125/€150/$150. Example thresholds for select countries can be found below - shipments below this amount will usually not incur extra duty or tax import charges from your government. The majority of our goods are made in China.

Large international shipments may be split into smaller parcels where applicable due to weight and volume restrictions.
